My Story:

I’m Cristina, a first-generation Freestyle Wrestler, originally from Moldova.

Wrestling shaped my discipline and drive from an early age, laying the groundwork for the mindset I bring to fitness today. My journey, however, reaches far beyond the wrestling mat. Living in Chad, Angola, and Australia exposed me to a world of diverse cultures and experiences, deepening my understanding of resilience, well-being, and what it means to live a strong, vibrant life.

Becoming a mother of two was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Like many women, I faced the physical and emotional challenges that come with pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the pressure to feel “like myself” again.

On top of that, I went through one of the most difficult periods of my life — navigating grief, personal loss, and life changes that felt overwhelming at times.

During that season, fitness became my therapy. Lifting weights, moving my body, and showing up for myself gave me strength and helped me heal, rebuild, and reconnect with the most powerful version of myself — and it still does today.

That’s why I believe so deeply in what I do. Because fitness isn’t just about the gym — it’s about life, and how we show up for ourselves, even when life gets hard.
